About Us
Since 1979 we have focused our attention on helping students pass the real estate exam. We have an
excellent reputation in getting our graduates through the exam successfully. If a student does fail (it
happens) to pass the exam the first time, he/she (at no additional charge) may continue to attend our
classes until he/she does pass - up to one year! The Alabama Real Estate Commission requires a student
to attend 90% of class, which means you must attend all required classes. You may attend any class you
miss, at any of our locations to satisfy this requirement. We offer classes continuously (you can start at
any time). You may attend any or all of the classes within one year at no additional charge. We offer
numerous classes, so you can fulfill requirements without undue delay!

The first step to becoming a Real

Post License
Post License is mandatory for an
individual to receive their
Salesperson Real Estate License in
Alabama. We teach classes every
month for your convenience.
Continuing Education
C.E. courses improve your bottom
line, and are required by law, so why
wait until the last minute? Stay

C.E. all year long.
Broker License
Obtaining a Broker's License in
Alabama is prestigious. Once you've
been an active Real Estate Agent
for over 2 years, you are eligible for

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When can I start? When can I finish?
A: Since we teach the subject matter in a
“module” form and use a textbook written
around these modules, you can start our
program at any time you desire and you
can finish the class at any time within one
(1) year of the date of your first class!
Q: What happens if I miss a class?
A: You can get the required lectures at
any of our locations and times. We design
classes so that each lecture is taught at
least three times a month, so you won’t
have to wait to get all the requirements.
Q: Are your classes live instruction or
recorded?
A: Our lectures are all LIVE; recordings are
never used as a regular class. We do use
video for some presentations.
Q: What if I need extra help for a
particular lecture session?
A: You can attend any of our lectures at
any of our times or attend all the classes
each week if you so desire. You can
attend them as many times as you want
within one year of your starting date.
Q: Do you have a cram course before the
Exam?
A: We offer an “intense” review class
covering all the material the student is to
be tested on. It is offered every month
except December. You may attend the
review class as many times as you desire!
Q: Do you offer a payment plan?
A: We offer a variety of programs for the
student who wants or needs to pay their
tuition on an installment basis. We can
customize a program to meet your
specific financial situation.
Q: If I drop out of class, can I finish later?
A: If you drop out, you can finish any time
in the future by purchasing a new
textbook, if needed, & paying 1/2 of the
current tuition. You can come back any
time & finish the class within 1 year of
starting at no additional fee.
Q: Can I attend a class “free”, without any
further obligation, to see if I like it?
A: We encourage you to attend one of our
classes! We know we offer an excellent
course and are willing to put our program
“on the line” so you can see how our it
works before spending money.
Q: Do you conduct morning & evening
classes? Can I select my own schedule?
A: We offer morning & evening classes
throughout the year. Each class, each
week, is a different module. You can take
multiple classes each week. We publish a
schedule so you can plan in advance!
